Leslie Harkavy is a founding partner of the firm and practices in the area of personal injury and civil litigation. She is an exceptionally skilled litigator assisting victims and their families in all aspects of personal injury litigation. Attorney Harkavy has over 30 years of focused experience in personal injury law. She has extensive experience in Superior and District Court. She has successfully settled, mediated, arbitrated, and brought to trial numerous complex cases.  Her areas of personal injury law include: motor vehicles, pedestrians, passengers, trucks, buses, motorcycles, bicycles, slip & falls, unsafe premises, wrongful deaths, defective products, construction site accidents, and alcohol social host and dram shop cases.

Since 1985, she has represented a wide range of personal injury clients, and has been involved in countless high-profile cases, from the seriously injured to those meeting the personal injury protection threshold. She brings the same level of preparedness and attention to detail to all her cases.  She strives to minimize her client’s stress, through open communication while maximizing case value by aggressively dealing with insurance companies to consistently obtain the best possible outcome for the client. Decades of experience allow her to accurately analyze the value of each case.

She is admitted to the Massachusetts and Connecticut bars.  She is also admitted to the US District Court, for the District of Massachusetts.

Leslie has deep roots within Massachusetts. She enjoys mentoring law school prospects and supporting local charities. She is a former Division 1 collegiate tennis player, and lives in the greater Boston area with her husband and British cream golden retriever. Her daughters, now in their 20s, have left the nest.
